Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Fireside 610 ("Fireside," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on fireside610.com (the "Site"). It is incorporated into our Privacy Policy and should be read together with it.
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They are widely used to make sites work efficiently and to provide information to site owners. We also use related technologies including pixel tags, local storage, and session storage. For simplicity, we refer to all of these as "cookies" throughout this policy.
2. Categories of Cookies We Use
| Category | Purpose | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly Necessary | Required for the Site to function, including security, form submission, and load balancing. These cannot be disabled without breaking the Site. | Vercel session cookies, CSRF tokens, form-submission state. |
| Functional | Remember choices you make to improve your experience. | Acknowledgment dismissals, font loading. |
| Analytics | Help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. Aggregated and anonymized. | Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics (if enabled). |
| Third-Party | Set by third-party services we embed. | Google Fonts, social media share buttons, GoHighLevel form widgets. |
3. Specific Cookies and Services
Vercel Hosting and Analytics
Our Site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel uses cookies for security, load balancing, and (where enabled) anonymized analytics. See Vercel's privacy documentation at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
GoHighLevel Forms
Event registration forms and other interactive elements may be powered by GoHighLevel, our CRM provider. GoHighLevel sets cookies to enable form functionality and tracking of form submissions. See GoHighLevel's privacy policy at gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy.
Google Fonts
We use Google Fonts for typography. Google may collect IP addresses and request logs when fonts are served. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Stripe
When you complete a payment, Stripe sets cookies for fraud prevention and session management. Stripe processes your payment information directly; Fireside does not see or store your full card details. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
4. How to Manage Cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- View what cookies are stored on your device.
- Block all or some cookies.
- Delete existing cookies.
- Set the browser to notify you when cookies are set.
Helpful links:
Note: Blocking all cookies may prevent parts of the Site from working correctly, including event registration and form submission.
5. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal to websites. Because there is currently no industry standard for how to respond to these signals, we do not currently take action on them. We will revisit this position if a standard is adopted.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or in legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
