Event registration and waiver records are typically retained for a minimum of seven (7) years for liability and tax purposes. Communications records are retained for the duration of your relationship with the brotherhood plus three (3) years. By attending a Fireside event, you understand that photographs and video may be taken and used by Fireside in marketing materials, on our Site, on social media, in fundraising, and in event documentation, without compensation to you. You may opt out of this use by checking the photo opt-out box on your event waiver. Even if you opt out, you may still appear incidentally in group shots, and organizers will make reasonable efforts to honor your opt-out in featured content.
